1. Fanway strives to remain the premier sports community on the Internet. As such, it’s management will make determinations from time to time about what is acceptable content for the community and what is not. It is our goal to bring you exclusive (you won’t find our stuff anywhere else) compelling and entertaining content. In general, our content would be rated PG to PG-13, but from time to time, you might get an ‘R’ rating here.
2. Data & Privacy. We will need to collect certain information from you including phone numbers, email addresses and physical address, for example. With the exception of email addresses, we will only use your personal information to the minimum extent required to fulfill purchases made in our store. Your email address will only be used for marketing and communication about our site and will not be shared with or sold to any third party. 3. Any articles or photographs posted to our Blog, Forum or any other area of the site are the exclusive property of Fanway and can be used for any purpose we see fit including the production of newsletters, advertisements, videos and any other electronic or print forms. This applies to blog posts, forum posts, email communications to Fanway and photo submissions, either in our Forum or in our Model Search. Our content may not be re-published anywhere else without express, written consent from Fanway.
4. Delivery Times. For products purchased in our shop, we generally ship within 1 – 2 business days (handling time). Depending on shipping method that is selected at the time of checkout, the delivery time will start after the handling time has elapsed. So, if you select 2nd day shipping, the actual ‘delivery time’ may be 3 – 4 days (one – two days for handling and 2 days for delivery). Please consider the handing time when ordering and allow a few extra days for acceptable delivery times.
5. Returns & exchanges. We generally accept returns for a period of 30 days with ‘no questions asked’. In the case of a defective product being shipped, the product will be replaced at no expense to you, the customer. In the event that an item is being returned for any other reason, we will refund the purchase price of the product, returned in new condition, and any sales tax that was charged at the time of purchase once the product has been received. We will not refund shipping fees, either from the original shipment to you, or on the return shipment back to us. 6. Fanway Corporation is incorporated in the state of New Jersey and we follow all of the laws of New Jersey and of the United States of America. When purchasing items in our shop, we will not charge your credit card for that order until the items purchased are ready to ship. We sell our products only in the United States. Our licensed merchandise is authentic and officially license by the league or team whose name or logo it bears.
