NY Jets Secondary 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago

Mojo:

The New York Jets made two big moves involving their secondary over the weekend. First they acquired Antonio Cromartie from the San Diego Chargers and then traded Kerry Rhodes to the Arizona Cardinals. I like the first move as with Darrelle Revis the Jets have the best DB tandem in the league. However I dislike the second move. What do you guys think?

While Rhodes effort has been in question, he is one of the best safeties in the league. Even head coach Rex Ryan compared him to Ed Reed. Rhodes responded to being bench late in the season and turned on his play. It seemed odd considering he wanted to retire a Jet and GM Mike Tannenbaum saying Rhodes was here to stay. I would've liked to keep him.

I dont know about that the Colts just have so many options even if Cro mar and Revis shut down Wayne and Garcon they still have Gonzalez and Austin Collie who played well in the playoff game.
