I think he could use Golden Tate. I know the pros have him late first round, but I think he's got the right stuff for that team. The knock on him is that he doesn't separate, which I know would be a useful skill for a cannon arm like Cutler. But he's a great pass catcher with 3 guys hanging off of him, and he fights for the ball. That means fewer interceptions for Cutler. I think his strengths help to counter Cutler's weaknesses, rather than building on his strengths.

Yeah the Bears need a playmaker badly. They don't have their first round pick because of the Cutler trade so they will have to settle for a second round skill player. Golden Tate may be around in that slot or he may not, but another guy who would do well who should be around then is Texas wideout Jordan Shippley. Shippley would be a great asset for Cutler and Martz out of the slot. He could be Chicago's Wes Welker with a little more speed.

Cutler should be salivating at the thought of this offense. He has a solid running back in Matt Forte who will be the Marshall Faulk in this attack. I liked the chemistry between Cutler and Aromashadu towards the end of the season. I see him blossoming into a solid receiver. Hester if nothing else will provide speed and stretch the defense.

I see them signing another rb maybe Jones or Ladanian. Cutler should have a great year next year. Also Cutler had a thousand more yds than Orton with Denver receiving core. If only the Bears could get Marshal.

I do not see Thomas Jones going back to Chicago. But Tomlinson is an interesting move I hadn't considered. That might be a perfect fit. That would be some kind of two headed monster. Another receiver and maybe a few years of youth in that defense and they could challenge the Saints for a trip to the Super Bowl in 2010-11.

Jones and Tomlinson are good choices to split time with Forte, I certainly think Forte will bounce back from last year's disappointing season. I also think the Bears will be a throw first team, I think Lovie Smith was reluctant to go all of the way with that approach. Now that Martz is there I think Smith will just leave the offense alone and concentrate on helping the defense bounce back from last year.
